He specializes in taxation, corporate law, land law, and litigation. He has had a lot of experience in carrying out governance and compliance matters on companies and other businesses. He has over ten (10) years of working experience in corporate law, land law, and litigation. He has considerable expertise in Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) issues, especially application for incentives and review of Management and Technical Services Fee Agreements. Benedict was a research assistant to the Constitution Review Commission.

Benedict was the head of the corporate and compliance department at Minkah-Premo & Co. [Now Minkah-Premo, Osei-Bonsu, Bruce-Cathline and Partners (MPOBB)], where he handled different companies engaged in mining, agriculture, maritime, banking, and real estate development, to mention but a few.

Benedict has a reputation for displaying professionalism and integrity as a frontline corporate representative; detail-oriented and organized, he can meet deadlines and excel in multiple assignments. He has good communication skills, comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels.
